MoodGYM is a site developed in 2001 by the ANU Centre for Mental Health Research. It provides cognitive behaviour therapy for depression through an e-training program.

MoodGYM has been evaluated in scientific trials which show that the use of two or more modules by users is associated with significant reductions in depression and anxiety symptoms. These reductions have been found to be sustained after 12 months.

The MoodGYM program has received a number of IT and health awards. More than 200,000 users worldwide have used the program.


I will update my blog on my progress and hope to hear how other people progress and if it helps or not.
